Glencoe Flats

Glencoe Holiday Flats, 1 Normanby Terrace, are the first set of flats that we owned, and have been very popular with regulars and new comers alike for over fourteen years.

The property consists of four separate flats.

Flat 1 is on the ground floor, and sleeps four people, with one bedroom having a double bed and the second bedroom holding a bunk-bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer; and a shower room and WC.

Flat 2 sleeps seven people - one bedroom has a double and a single bed, the second bedroom has two singles, and there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen and livingroom are in a studio layout, with French doors leading to a small balcony on the front of the building. There is also a private bathroom, and washer in the flat.

Flat 3 sleeps four people - one double bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The livingroom, kitchen and balcony layout are the same as flat 2. There is a private shower room and WC.

Flat 4 is at the top of the building, and sleeps four people. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The living area has an open plan lounge/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped, including a washer/dryer. The flat also has a private bathroom.

Each flat is equipped with a colour TV, CD player, refrigerator, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and there is electric heating in each room. The invenory is specified by the Tourist Board, and includes cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment, an oven, duvets and pillows. Bed linen is not included as standard, and can be hired at a cost of £5.00 per set/week. There are also restaurants and shops close by.

Parking is available in a yard at the back of the building (must be booked in advance) and on the main streets.
