Khyber Lodge

Khyber Lodge, 1 Crescent Place, offers four self-contained flats, all of which have been recently refurbished, and the upper flats boast sea views.

Flat 1 covers the ground floor and the basement. It sleeps seven people, with one bedroom having a double bed, the second bedroom has two singles and a pull-out single, and there is a double sofa-bed in the lounge. The lounge and kitchen are separate, rather than having a studio layout as in the other flats. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washer/dryer; there is a full equipped bathroom with shower and WC, and there is a n additional shower room with WC.

Flat 2 is also on the ground floor and sleeps three people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and there is a single futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a private shower room with WC.

Flat 3 sleeps four people - the bedroom holds a double bed, and there is a double sofa-bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a private shower room with WC.

Flat 4 is on the second floor, and sleeps five people. The master bedroom contains a double bed and a single futon, and the second bedroom contains a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washer/dryer; and there is a full bathroom.

Each flat is equipped with a colour TV, CD player, refrigerator, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and there is electric heating in each room. The invenory is specified by the Tourist Board, and includes cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment, an oven, duvets and pillows. Bed linen is not included as standard, and can be hired at a cost of £5.00 per set/week. There are also shops and a laundrette close by.

Parking is available on the surrounding streets.
