Glencoe Holiday Flats, 1 Normanby Terrace, are the first set of flats that we owned, and have been very popular with regulars and new comers alike for over fourteen years.
The property consists of four separate flats. Flat 1 is on the ground floor, and sleeps four people, with one bedroom having a double bed and the second bedroom holding a bunk-bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer; and a shower room and WC.

Flat 2 sleeps five people - one bedroom has a double and a single bed, the second bedroom has two singles. The kitchen and living room are in a studio layout, with French doors leading to a small balcony on the front of the building. There is also a private bathroom, and washer in the flat.

Flat 3 sleeps two people - one double bedroom. The living room, kitchen and balcony layout are the same as flat 2. There is a private shower room and WC.

Flat 4 is at the top of the building, and sleeps four people. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The living area has an open plan lounge/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washer/dryer. The flat also has a private bathroom.
Each flat is equipped with a DVD player and a TV, CD player, refrigerator, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and there is electric heating in each room. The inventory is specified by the Tourist Board, and includes cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment, an oven, duvets and pillows. Bed linen is not included as standard, and can be hired at a cost of £5.00 per set/week. There are also restaurants and shops close by.
Electricity and gas are suppled by £1 coin meters.
Parking is available in a yard at the back of the building (must be booked in advance) and on the main streets.
